This year’s High Holy Day (HHD) services will be conducted entirely online. To ensure a quality, consistent experience for participants - we will be pre-recording all services in late-August to prepare for online streaming during the appropriate times for each service. All honorees should have already been contacted regarding their contributions to our services - this page is intended to manage the scheduling of those recordings. A few things to note:

  1. ALL participants should pick-up portion(s)/material(s) ahead of time and should practice/be ready to record ahead of their appointment.

  2. Coordinate session/arrival times with segment partner(s) as appropriate (ex. blessing and portion) to be recorded at the same time/session.

  3. Arrive a few minutes before your session, camera-ready (fully clothed with hair, make-up, kippah/tallit, etc. squared away).

  4. Bring your cop(y/ies) of service sections if you have notes or cues or other needs. We will have books available, too.

  5. Enter the building QUIETLY and wait EVEN MORE QUIETLY in the social hall until the session before you is complete.

SCHEDULING YOUR SESSION

  1. Select a BOLDED date from below (Sat. 8/22 - Thurs. 9/3, please. Mon. 8/17 - Thurs. 8/20 are for Rabbi, Tony, and special exceptions ONLY).

  2. Once you tap on the date, a drop down will appear with still-available, 15-minute recording sessions for that day.

  3. Tap on your preferred session start time and click “continue” (it will appear to the right of the time).

  4. Provide ALL requested/required contact information and complete session scheduling.

  5. Look for an email to confirm your slot with additional information for managing that session, including cancelling/rescheduling.
